exceptionally clean, good budget hotel, i enjoyed a nice size rooms and well-trained staff. the room i booked was kept very clean and available with good facilities, the fridge located in the club lounge, printer. the location was quiet and ideal as for me. i ate at the outdoor restaurant near the property.

As young holiday goers, we absolutely loved the two pools at Village Hotel Changi. The freshwater rooftop pool offered a stunning view of Changi Cove, while the lower level saltwater pool provided a unique swimming experience. The free shuttle to and from the airport was a great convenience, and we appreciated the hotel's proximity to Changi Beach and Changi Village, which had unlimited options for delicious and affordable food. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially when my husband slipped and fell by the pool stairs. The Front Office Manager even allowed us to stay in our room until late evening before our midnight flight. The 2.00 pm checkout offer with free use of the pool and facilities until departure made our stay even more enjoyable.

We felt very at home at Village Hotel Changi and had no complaints.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was welcoming, efficient, and helpful. They immediately provided us with a room so we could refresh ourselves after a long flight. The hotel was clean and the staff was attentive to our needs. We also loved the free shuttle service, which made it very convenient for us to explore the city. Additionally, the hotel was located in a relaxed neighborhood near the airport, and we enjoyed the beautiful views of the nearby island from the beach. There were also plenty of delicious eateries located nearby, making it easy for us to find a tasty meal.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I really liked the free snacks provided in the lobby, it was a nice touch. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient and close to all the restaurants in the area. The fact that they offered a free bus to and from the airport was also a great advantage, making our layover in Singapore much more convenient.

On the downside, the soundproofing in the rooms was very poor. We were disturbed during the night by loud conversations from the guests in the connecting room.
