This hotel is a hidden gem near Changi Village. I enjoyed the great food options just a short walk away and the comfortable deluxe room was a delight. The pool looked inviting, but it was my brief stay that left me wanting more. Staff were friendly and helpful too.

There was a cockroach in the room, and the toilet seat was dirty and stained. The location is quite far from the airport, requiring a taxi, which adds to the inconvenience. The complimentary airport shuttle never showed up, leading to a frustrating start to my stay.

Couple retreat but pricey
The facilities were good especially the Executive Club, snacks and drinks available throughout the day. Plus, the staff were friendly and accommodating which made it a pleasant stay
